Therapy can benefit anyone who is struggling with a mental health challenge, life transition or looking to improve their own or relationship's overall emotional well-being. We work with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
In your first therapy session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for treatment. We will also talk about any current symptoms you may be experiencing and create some active steps forward to what progress can be.
The frequency of therapy sessions will depend on your individual or couple needs and goals. Many clients attend therapy once a week, while others may attend less frequently. We will work together to develop a personalized plan of sessions.
While I do not currently accept insurance and operate on an out-of-pocket basis, I want to emphasize that my commitment to making mental health services accessible is unwavering. I firmly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prioritize their mental well-being, regardless of their financial circumstances. Understanding the importance of affordability, I offer a sliding scale fee structure based on individuals' financial limitations. This allows me to accommodate a wider range of clients and ensure that quality therapy remains within reach for those who need it most. Your mental health journey should not be hindered by financial constraints, and I am dedicated to working with you to find a solution that fits your needs.
Currently, all sessions are online via a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform.
